Apps published by Darren Arney ("Bubbles" and any future apps) are designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
This policy describes the apps named below. Our websites (darrenarney.com, darn-tech.com, lennon-lives.com, and their subdomains) are a separate context and use two privacy-respecting analytics tools, both self-hosted on our own servers — no analytics data leaves our infrastructure, and none of it is sold or shared with third parties:
• Plausible Analytics (self-hosted) — aggregate page-view counts. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles. It runs without asking for consent because it stores nothing on your device.
• PostHog (self-hosted) — optional event-level analytics (clicks, scrolling, page paths) used to understand which content lands and where visitors get stuck. It does not capture form input values or other sensitive page content.
PostHog only runs after you click Accept on the cookie notice shown on your first visit. Until then it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and sends nothing — this applies to all visitors, whether the EU's GDPR/ePrivacy rules or a US state privacy law (such as the CCPA) covers you. If you click Decline, only that choice itself is remembered. We do not sell or share personal information with anyone, for advertising or otherwise.
To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser settings (the notice will reappear), or open your browser console and run daAnalyticsConsentReset(). To ask what data exists about your visits, or to have it deleted, email the address below.
Our apps collect no data whatsoever. No personal information, no usage analytics, no crash reports, no advertising identifiers, and no device information is collected or transmitted.
Our apps do not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking tools.
Our apps do not require or use internet access. They function entirely offline.
Because our apps collect no data of any kind, they are safe for users of all ages. We comply with COPPA and all applicable children's privacy regulations by virtue of collecting nothing.
If this policy changes, we will update this page with a new date. Since we collect no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
